This policy describes the current development website for Carroll CHPP Consultancy. It is not the final policy for the production website. Please use synthetic test details only.

This notice explains the current website configuration. It does not authorise additional uses of your information merely because you browse the website.
2. Information collected
The Gravity Forms enquiry form asks for your name, email address, phone number, enquiry subject and message. Please do not submit real personal information during development. There is no CV-upload field, payment form, newsletter subscription or public account-registration form in this build.
Gravity Forms can also record the submission time, source page, IP address and browser information. The hosting service may record technical request and security logs, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps and browser details.
3. Purpose and handling of enquiries
Development form entries are stored in the WordPress database so authorised website staff and developers can test form behaviour. Email notifications are currently disabled; submitting this development form does not send an enquiry email or create a JobAdder application.
For a real business enquiry, contact Carroll CHPP Consultancy directly using the email or telephone details below. Information you send by email is handled by the business and its email-service provider, separately from this test form.
The intended production form will support responding to service, workforce and training enquiries. Its recipients, connected services and collection notice must be approved and tested before it accepts real enquiries.
4. Website technology, cookies and external links
The website uses WordPress, Elementor and Gravity Forms. Browser cookies or local storage may be used for administration, security and essential interface behaviour. Fonts and design images are served from this website. No analytics or advertising tag is intentionally configured in this development build.
The Mackay map button opens Google Maps only when selected; a Google Maps iframe is not embedded. External sites have their own privacy notices and may collect technical information when you visit them. Review those notices before supplying information.
If analytics, advertising, video, chat or other third-party embeds are introduced, this policy and any required privacy choices must be reviewed first.
5. Recruitment and JobAdder
The Careers page currently contains a marked JobAdder placeholder. No JobAdder feed, application form or recruitment tracking code is embedded, and no application is transmitted to JobAdder through this website.
Before recruitment is enabled, the business must confirm the approved application process, recruitment privacy notice, the information requested from candidates, recipients and any overseas processing. Do not send CVs or sensitive candidate information through the development enquiry form.
6. Storage, access and service providers
Form entries are stored in this site’s hosting account and may be included in website database backups. Website users with authorised entry-access permissions, the appointed website maintainer and the hosting provider may have access when administering or supporting the website.
HTTPS protects data in transit to the website, and account access controls restrict administrative access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. This development site is not a confidential document-transfer service.
Launch confirmation required: identify the legal entity, hosting/email/backup processors and their actual storage or support-access countries. Overseas disclosure details have not yet been verified; no claim that all data remains in Australia is made.
7. Retention
No automatic enquiry-entry deletion period is currently configured. Entries remain in Gravity Forms until an authorised user removes them, and backup copies may remain separately. Use synthetic test data only.
Launch confirmation required: approve and configure retention periods for enquiries, recruitment information, server logs and backups, together with secure deletion or de-identification procedures. This draft does not invent a retention period or promise immediate removal from every backup.
8. Access, correction and privacy concerns
To ask about information submitted through this website, request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern, contact admin@carrollchppconsultancy.com or call 1300 247 701. Describe the request and approximate submission date without including unnecessary sensitive information. Identity verification may be needed before information can be disclosed.
